How far do you travel?
Pacific Piano Tech proudly serves all of Southern California, including San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding communities. Whether your event is at a private estate, luxury venue, concert hall, or beach, we’ll work with you to coordinate safe, professional delivery.
We’ve even flown a piano to a battleship for a special event. If your venue presents unique logistics, chances are we’ve tackled something similar before.
Can you deliver to outdoor venues?
Absolutely. We regularly provide pianos for outdoor weddings, beachfront ceremonies, vineyards, gardens, parks, and private estates. We’ll help determine the best placement and discuss any weather or environmental considerations to ensure your piano performs beautifully.
Can you tune the piano on-site?
Absolutely. We offer professional on-site tuning before concerts, weddings, recordings, and other special events to ensure every instrument sounds its best when it’s time to perform.
What happens if it rains?
Protecting the piano is always our top priority. If your event is outdoors, we’ll discuss a backup plan before delivery. Depending on the conditions, this may include a covered location, tent, or alternate setup to ensure the instrument remains protected.
Do you only work with professional musicians?
Not at all. While we’ve provided pianos for nationally recognized performers, productions, and prestigious venues, we also work with families, brides and grooms, schools, churches, nonprofits, and anyone looking to make their event memorable. Every client receives the same level of care and attention to detail.
Can you provide a white grand piano?
Yes! Our white grand piano is one of our most requested instruments for weddings and luxury events. It’s a stunning centerpiece for ceremonies, receptions, styled shoots, and other elegant celebrations.
Do you handle delivery and setup?
Yes. Every rental includes professional delivery, placement, setup, and pickup. Our experienced team ensures your piano arrives safely, is positioned exactly where it needs to be, and is ready before your event begins.
How far in advance should I reserve a piano?
We recommend reserving your piano as early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday events, and peak event seasons. If your event is coming up soon, contact us anyway—we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
Can you help me choose the right piano?
Absolutely. You don’t need to know the difference between a baby grand and a concert grand—we do. Tell us about your venue, guest count, and vision, and we’ll recommend the piano that best fits your event.
